StockLift Gift Terms

1. What you’re buying. A StockLift gift (“Gift”) gives the person you choose (“Recipient”) one year of StockLift Pro at no charge. It is redeemed in the Apple App Store with the offer code STOCKLIFTGIFT. Gifts are sold by StockLift, Inc. (“StockLift”) for $19.99 plus any applicable sales tax.

2. Who can buy. Gifts can be bought only by US residents with a US billing address who are old enough to form a binding contract.

3. Delivery. We email the Gift to the address you enter, on the date you pick (or right away). You are responsible for entering the correct address. To change the address or send date before delivery, email info@stocklift.co.

4. Redeeming. The Recipient redeems on an iPhone or iPad with an Apple ID, by tapping the link in the gift email or entering STOCKLIFTGIFT in the StockLift app. Apple processes the redemption under its own terms. The Recipient’s use of StockLift is governed by the StockLift Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

5. One Gift per Apple ID. Each Apple ID can redeem STOCKLIFTGIFT once. A Recipient who has already redeemed a StockLift Gift can’t redeem another.

6. Existing subscribers. A Recipient who already subscribes to StockLift can redeem right away. Apple decides when the free year starts relative to their current subscription.

7. After the free year. When the free year ends, the subscription renews as a monthly StockLift Pro subscription, billed by Apple to the Recipient at the regular price at that time, unless the Recipient cancels in their Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the free year ends. The buyer is never charged for renewals.

8. No expiry. Gifts never expire and carry no fees.

9. All sales final. Gifts can’t be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash, including Gifts that are never redeemed. The one exception: if the Recipient’s Apple ID has already redeemed a StockLift Gift, so your Gift can’t be used, email info@stocklift.co with your order number. We’ll check and, if confirmed, refund your purchase to your original payment method. There is no other refund.

10. If something goes wrong on our side. If a Gift can’t be redeemed because of a problem with StockLift or the offer code, contact info@stocklift.co and we’ll make it right.

11. The service. StockLift Pro features may change over time. StockLift provides investing research and portfolio tools; a Gift does not include personalized investment advice.

12. Contact and other terms. Questions: info@stocklift.co. These Gift Terms add to the StockLift Terms of Use. If they conflict, these Gift Terms apply to the Gift.
